Personal Training
Available In person or via video call
Many people come to me feeling limited by pain, old injuries, changing bodies, or the sense that they’re no longer capable of what they once were. Personal training is an opportunity to challenge those assumptions.
We’ll work together one-on-one to understand where you are today, what you want to be able to do, and what might be standing in the way. Through assessment, strength training, breathwork, and recovery, we’ll build a plan that helps you become stronger, more capable, and more confident in your body.
Jen is the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. She leads with empathy, truly listens, and genuinely cares about her clients’ wellbeing.

This work is especially supportive during perimenopause and post-menopause, when changes in estrogen affect how the body responds to training. Strength, recovery, sleep, connective tissue tolerance, and even focus can shift — not because you’re doing something wrong, but because the underlying inputs have changed.
Sessions focus on progressive strength training to support bone density and muscle mass, alongside movement that reinforces joint stability and coordination. We pay attention to recovery signals, day-to-day variability, and overall stress, and make adjustments based on what your body is actually doing. This isn’t a generic, fixed plan that ignores context. It’s tailored to you, so you won’t be left guessing whether you’re doing the “right” thing or pushing in the wrong direction.
Having regular sessions also means accountability and continuity. You show up, we pick up where you left off, and there’s someone tracking the bigger picture with you. Over time, you’ll get more comfortable knowing what to do and how to adjust when something feels off.
If you like the idea of combining in-person coaching with more structure at home, you might also be interested in my Hybrid Program, which pairs monthly personal training sessions with a custom-built home workout plan you follow between session.
Getting started
The best way to see whether working together is the right fit is to schedule a free consultation via video call. I’ll ask some questions to learn about your background, what you’re looking for, and what’s holding you back. Then I’ll answer any questions you have. After the call, you’ll have time to reflect and decide how you’d like to move forward.
You’re also welcome to start the conversation by email.
