Before I recommend anything, I want to hear your story, understand your goals, and see how your body moves.
Many people come to me believing they’re limited by age, pain, or old injuries. Often, what they’re really missing is the strength, capacity, and recovery practices needed to support the life they want to live.
My approach bridges the gap between healthcare and fitness. I start with an in-depth assessment of your mobility, strength, balance, breathwork, and recovery. From there, we’ll build a thoughtful, sustainable plan designed specifically for you.
We’ll work together one-on-one as I teach you each movement, coach your form, and help you build the strength and capacity to move beyond what’s holding you back.

How to get started
The best way to see whether working together is the right fit is to schedule a free consultation. This consultation is not a sales call, and you won’t be pressured to sign up for anything. It’s a 15-minute video call so we can meet each other. I’ll ask some questions to learn about your background, what you’re looking for, and what’s holding you back. Then I’ll answer any questions you have. After the call, you’ll have time to reflect and decide how you’d like to move forward.
