Hi, I’m Jenn, a certified personal trainer who helps people in midlife build strength that lasts.

If you’re here, you’ve probably already done a lot of things right. Maybe you’ve been active for years—running, dancing, hiking, or playing other sports. Or maybe your energy has gone elsewhere: into your career, your family, your community.
Either way, midlife brings change. Your energy is shifting. So is your focus—along with your sense of what really matters. You’re ready to prioritize yourself with training that supports your body, your goals, and your long-term health.
Maybe your doctor said it’s time to start strength training. Maybe you’ve heard that lifting heavy supports bone density and hormone balance. Or maybe you just want to feel strong and at home in your body again.

A smart training plan doesn’t start with exercises.
It starts with listening.
We’ll begin with a free 15-minute consultation so you can tell me what’s going on in your body—what feels off, what feels strong, and what you want to be able to do.
If it feels like a good fit, I’ll invite you to a complimentary movement assessment. We’ll take a closer look at how you move, where your strengths lie, and what may need more support—so we can create a plan that works with your body, not against it.
This kind of training is about more than reps and sets. It’s about helping you feel:

- Energized and healthy—able to lift, move, and do the things you love

You’ll have two coaching options, depending on how much structure and support you want:
- 1:1 Personal Training — high-touch, individualized coaching with real-time feedback
- Hybrid Coaching — monthly 1:1 sessions + flexible, app-based training you can do at home
We can work together in person at my private studio in Essex Junction, or online from anywhere.
