As our bodies change, our workouts need to change too.
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started, you belong here.
I am three months in to working with Jenn and feel so strong, fit and proud. Can’t recommend working with her enough.

We all have different relationships with exercise.
For some, it’s been a source of sanity, fun, community or resilience. For others, it’s always felt hard—and the idea that it can “feel good” is baffling.
Wherever you land, if you’re here now, there’s a good chance your old approach isn’t working anymore.
That’s not your fault—it’s your body changing. Perimenopause, childbirth, desk jobs, aging—all of it shifts how we move, recover, and feel.
Maybe a doctor told you to move more. Maybe you’re trying to reduce hot flashes or improve sleep. Maybe the changes in belly fat you’re experiencing add a layer of dysphoria to the mix. Maybe you miss feeling strong.
Whatever brought you here—welcome.
MIdlife is a powerful time to begin something new.
Jenn is the perfect combination of serious about what she’s doing with me while also being laid back and fun.

Hi, I’m Jenn, and the first thing I’ll do when I meet you is listen.
Before I recommend anything, I want to hear your story, understand your goals, and see how your body moves.
Personal training is just that: personal. It’s thoughtful, sustainable programming designed specifically for you. We’ll work together one-on-one as I teach you each movement, coach your form for safety and effectiveness, and help you build lasting strength.
How often we train together is entirely up to you. Some folks love the accountability of weekly sessions. Others prefer to check in occasionally for coaching and form feedback, while following a personalized workout plan at home. Either approach works great—it’s about what fits best for you.
Learn How It WorksI love working with Jenn. She is supportive and encouraging, but not over the top, and she attunes well to where I’m at.
