Fitness looks different for everyone—and your training should reflect that.

At Perennial Power, I offer two ways to work together—both rooted in evidence, thoughtful progressions, and respect for how your body moves.

You can work with me one-on-one (in person or via video call) for fully personalized support, or join my 12-week online class to follow a guided online experience with built-in options for individual feedback.

  • Demo videos and written cues
  • Progress tracking
  • Messaging access for feedback, questions, and encouragement
  • Regular adjustments based on your performance and feedback
  • Accountability to help you stay on track between sessions

Only available as an add-on to personal training clients.

Because effective programming starts with understanding your movement patterns, I only offer app-based training as an add-on to personal training.

The first step is a free consultation.

The consultation is a 15-minute video call. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask a few open-ended questions and give you space to talk about what you’re looking for, what’s worked (and what hasn’t), and whether this feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure and no obligation—just a genuine conversation.

12-Week Online Strength Training Class

Lift for Midlife and Beyond: Strength Training for Perimenopause and the Decades to Come

This online class is designed for folks in midlife and beyond who are new to lifting — or returning after a long break — and want to build strength, support bone density, reduce perimenopausal symptoms, and feel stronger, more capable, and more powerful in their everyday lives. It’s built for the long haul.

Beta session launching soon!

You’ll follow a structured 12-week progression grounded in research and designed to help your body adapt, grow stronger, and move with more confidence.

Be Part of the Founding Cohort

This first round will be launching soon and is designed as a beta version of the full course. Each week, I’ll release a new set of pre-recorded workouts and written lessons based on my planned curriculum, along with adjustments shaped by what’s working—and what you’re asking for.

This isn’t a live class, but it is a real-time experience. We’ll all move through it together, one week at a time.

As part of the founding cohort, you’ll also have the chance to submit questions throughout the course. I’ll be answering selected questions in special video updates to help guide the group and respond to what’s coming up in real time.

You’ll get early access, extra support, and special beta pricing. Later versions of this course will be fully self-paced and offered at a higher rate, but this first cohort gets the most influence and the most opportunity to help shape how the course evolves.

Required Equipment

To get the most out of this course, you’ll need one following:

  • Dumbbells: either an adjustable set or a variety of fixed-weight dumbbells. As a starting point, I recommend having at least 2.5 lb, 5 lb, 10 lb, 15 lb, and 20 lb options.

Optional but recommended: a foam roller and lacrosse ball for mobility and recovery work throughout the course.

What’s Included

  • Three progressive strength workouts per week
Delivered online, designed to build strength, confidence, and capacity over time
  • Weekly education modules
Covering technique, the “why” behind what we’re doing, and strategies tailored to midlife and menopause
  • Support for postural and muscular imbalances
Learn how to spot common movement patterns and make informed adjustments to lift safely and effectively for your body
  • Opportunities to share feedback
While this isn’t personal training, your experience will help shape how the course evolves—and I’ll be checking in throughout the 12 weeks

Optional Add-Ons

  • Initial 30-Minute Movement Assessment (highly recommended): $45
Most of us have blindspots, especially when it comes to deep core and stabilization work. This one-time 1:1 video session gives us a chance to review your movement patterns, identify areas to watch out for, and make sure you’re set up to get the most out of the program. It’s a powerful way to personalize your experience before the course begins.
  • Tune-Up Sessions (optional): $45 / 30 minutes
If something feels off during the course—or if you just want a second set of eyes—you can book a 30-minute video session any time to check your form, troubleshoot an exercise, or get a quick set of tailored recommendations.
