Some clients come to me after a doctor recommends strength training for bone density or long-term health. They might feel hesitant or unsure—but they’re ready to take that first step. Two Ways to Train With Me:

Personal Training

1-on-1 coaching that meets you where you are—and moves you forward with strength and purpose

This is the most hands-on way to work with me. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or looking to refine your form and level up your training, we’ll work together in real time to build a program that fits your body, your goals, and your life.

You’ll get personalized workouts, expert feedback, and support every step of the way—either in person at my private studio in Essex Junction or virtually from wherever you are.

With 1-on-1 Personal Training, you’ll:

Hybrid Coaching

Train on your schedule—with expert support, structure, and accountability to keep you moving forward

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all app program. With Hybrid Coaching, you’ll get the flexibility to train on your own schedule with real support from a coach who knows your body, your goals, and your life.

Each month includes a 60-minute 1-on-1 session (virtual or in person) and a 4-week personalized training plan delivered through a simple app. But the app is just the delivery system—your program is created and monitored by me. I’ll track your progress, respond to your feedback, and adjust your plan as needed so you’re always moving forward with purpose.

With Hybrid Coaching, you’ll:

  • Follow a weekly plan that’s built just for you—with clear goals and purposeful progress
  • Train on your own schedule, in your own space—without sacrificing support or structure
  • Get expert feedback, plan updates, and check-ins from a coach who actually knows your body and your life
  • Stay motivated and accountable, even between sessions
