How Remote Coaching Works

This program gives you a fully personalized training plan plus ongoing coaching support — without needing in-person sessions. You follow your program on your own schedule, and I stay closely involved through the coaching app.

Your workouts are delivered through a coaching app that makes it easy to follow each session, see demonstrations, and track your progress over time.

Ongoing coaching support through the app

Even though this is a remote program, you are not doing it alone.

You can message me anytime through the app to:

  • Ask questions about your workouts
  • Send videos for form feedback
  • Talk through discomfort or challenges
  • Adjust workouts when life gets busy

Video messaging makes it easy for me to give clear, specific feedback so you can feel confident you’re performing each exercise safely and effectively.

Habit tracking and accountability

Your program in the app also includes simple habit tracking so we can support the bigger picture of your health and training. Depending on your goals, we might track things like:

About the Coach

Jenn Baudreau

Hi, I’m Jenn and the first thing I’ll do when I meet you is listen.

I’m a certified personal trainer and the owner of Perennial Power LLC, based in Essex Junction, Vermont. I help people in midlife build strength, protect bone health, and stay energetic and capable as they age. My clients are adults who are often balancing a high stress career with parenting and caregiving, and who want an exercise practice that helps — not adds to! — the stressors in their lives.

I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching & Learning from Colorado State University and spent over a decade as a high school teacher, where I developed a deep skillset in assessment, communication, and meeting people with diverse needs where they are. I later spent another decade working in technology, leading teams and managing complex projects. Together, these experiences shaped my human-centered, evidence-based approach to coaching,.

Jenn listened to me, encouraged me to find the exercises that are the best fit for me and found a good balance between pushing me and supporting me to listen to my body.
