Midlife Strength Training

A FREE 4-week online course for women and folks in midlife who want to start strength training in a safe, grounded, and realistic way.

Strength training can be one of the most powerful things you do for your health in midlife.

But if you’re new to it—or returning after a long break—it’s easy to feel unsure where to begin.

The truth is, most fitness programs skip over a crucial step: helping your body build the foundation it needs to move well and lift safely. That’s exactly what this course is designed to do.

What We’ll Cover

  • Foundational movement patterns: Learn how to safely hinge, squat, push, pull and press with good alignment and control
  • Core and stability training: Develop the endurance and awareness to support your spine and joints
  • Breathing and bracing techniques: Understand how to use your breath to lift safely and effectively
  • How to assess where you’re at and what you need: Exercises are taught with different levels and modifications, so you can build strength in a way that honors your current capacity.

Who This Is For

  • Women and folks in midlife
  • People who are new to strength training—or returning to it after a long break
  • Anyone looking for a supportive, non-intimidating way to begin building strength
  • Those who want to make sure they’re doing it right—from the start

No experience needed. No judgment. Just a thoughtful approach to moving better and getting stronger.

How It Works

  • Four live online sessions (one per week)
Each session includes guided instruction, movement practice, and time for questions.
  • Recordings available if you can’t make it live.
  • Weekly workouts delivered through my app
You’ll get three recommended workouts per week to help reinforce what we cover. You can log your progress, reflect on how things felt, provide feedback to me, and stay accountable—on your own time.
  • Private Facebook group for participants
This is where you can ask questions, share experiences, and stay connected throughout the course. I’ll be actively involved—answering questions, offering guidance, and sharing insights based on the group’s needs.
  • Ongoing guidance and group support
I read every piece of feedback you submit through the app and use it to shape our group discussions and weekly sessions. You’ll also have access to a private Facebook group where I’ll be actively answering questions and offering guidance throughout the course. You won’t be navigating this alone—there’s real support built in.

Why It’s Free

This course is part of my mission to make strength training more accessible to people in midlife. There’s so much noise out there—and too many programs that skip over the basics. My hope is that this course gives you a clear, grounded, and empowering place to start. If it feels like a good fit, there will be opportunities to continue after the course—but there’s no pressure or sales pitch.
