How the Hybrid Program Works
This program combines the benefits of one-on-one coaching with the flexibility of training on your own schedule at home or in the gym of your choice.
Your 60-minute one-on-one session each month
This session takes place either in person or via video call and it allows me to:
- Observe your movement and assess your form
- Ensure you know how to do all exercises safely
- Talk through what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what’s changed
- Adjust for injuries, life stress, schedule shifts, or new goals
This is the foundation of the program. It ensures your training stays aligned with your needs as they evolve.
Your fully personalized 4-week strength program every month
After our session, I design a custom 4-week workout plan specifically for you, based on:
- Your goals
- Your schedule
- Your experience level
- The equipment you have access to
- How your body is moving and feeling
This plan is delivered through an easy-to-use coaching app.

Hi, I’m Jenn and the first thing I’ll do when I meet you is listen.
I’m a certified personal trainer and the owner of Perennial Power LLC, based in Essex Junction, Vermont. I help people in midlife build strength, protect bone health, and stay energetic and capable as they age. My clients are adults who are often balancing a high stress career with parenting and caregiving, and who want an exercise practice that helps — not adds to! — the stressors in their lives.
I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching & Learning from Colorado State University and spent over a decade as a high school teacher, where I developed a deep skillset in assessment, communication, and meeting people with diverse needs where they are. I later spent another decade working in technology, leading teams and managing complex projects. Together, these experiences shaped my human-centered, evidence-based approach to coaching,.
Jenn listened to me, encouraged me to find the exercises that are the best fit for me and found a good balance between pushing me and supporting me to listen to my body.
