Coach-Led Accountability Groups
Perennial Power Pods are groups of friends, coworkers or teammates who, with the guidance of a coach, support each other to workout regularly and achieve their goals connected to health and fitness.
How It Works
You train when and where it works for you, while staying connected with your pod through an easy-to-use app. The group is actively facilitated by a coach, who nurtures connection between participants, provides workout guidance, answers questions and facilitates optional challenges.
Inside your Power Pod, you’ll get:
- A private, coach-facilitated group chat
- An ever-expanding library of on-demand workouts
- Progressive workout programs you can choose to subscribe to (eg: “Menopause Essentials Strength & Conditioning“, “Strength Training for Runners,” and many more)
- Support with goal-setting and follow-through
- Habit, workout, and nutrition tracking
- A weekly coach-led challenge to encourage consistency and peer connection
How to Join
Power Pods are formed as private groups.
To get started, gather a group of friends, coworkers, or teammates and sign up together. This format works especially well for workplaces, community groups, and friend circles who want built-in accountability without needing to coordinate schedules.
Once your group is formed, each participant will receive an invitation to download the app and create a profile. From there, your pod will be set up and guided through getting started.
One person (the “team captain”) fills out the form on behalf of the group.
I’ll handle onboarding, billing, and next steps directly with each participant.

About the Coach
Power Pods are led by Jenn Baudreau, certified personal trainer & founder of Perennial Power.
Jenn is a lifelong athlete and brings over two decades of experience leading and coaching groups — first as a teacher and school leader, where she also coached running and strength training, and later as a senior software engineer and team lead — before transitioning into personal training and coaching. She holds a Master’s degree in Teaching & Learning from Colorado State University and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Her work is grounded in evidence-based training, thoughtful progression, and the belief that consistency is more sustainable when you aren’t doing it alone.
Pricing & Logistics
- Minimum of 5 participants to form a pod (more is welcome)
- $35 per person, per month
- Monthly subscription — cancel anytime
- Discounts available for groups of 15+
- Each participant pays individually
Power Pods are fully asynchronous, with no required class times or live sessions. Participants train on their own schedules while staying connected through their pod and coach.
